My Services
Whether you're overwhelmed by anxiety, feeling distant in your relationship, or navigating a major life shift, the right support can help you move from where you are to where you want to be.
These services are available in my Glen Ellyn office or virtually for residents of Illinois and Indiana.
Here's How We Can Work Together

Individual Therapy
Find your footing, regulate emotions, and reconnect with your values.
If life feels overwhelming or you’re stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, individual therapy can help you slow down and sort through the noise. We’ll work together to reduce anxiety, move through grief, manage mood, or navigate transitions like motherhood or midlife.
You’ll get a mix of reflective space and practical tools so you leave each session feeling supported and equipped.
Couples Therapy
Rebuild connection. Improve communication. Navigate conflict with care.
Even strong relationships hit rough patches. Whether you’re stuck in the same arguments, feeling more like roommates than lovers and friends, or struggling after a betrayal or loss, couples therapy can help you repair and reconnect.
I use a structured, collaborative approach to help both partners feel heard and supported while also building fundamental tools for change.

ERP for OCD
Quiet the noise. Reclaim your time, energy, and peace of mind.
Intrusive thoughts and compulsive behaviors can be overwhelming and exhausting. Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), combined with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), offers a proven path to freedom.
Together, we’ll face the anxiety in a structured, supportive way so you can stop avoiding and start living again.

Faith-Based Therapy
Integrate your values and beliefs into the healing process.
If faith is an important part of your life, we can incorporate spiritual reflection and support into therapy, always at your pace and according to your comfort. There’s no agenda here, just respect for what’s meaningful to you.
Available as part of any service, upon request.
First Responder Support
Trauma-informed therapy for those who serve and those who love them.
First responders face unique challenges such as high-stress shifts, exposure to trauma, and the toll it takes on relationships. I offer individual and couples therapy that honors the intensity of your work and gives you tools to cope, connect, and find relief.
In addition to private practice, I also work with a nonprofit supporting first responders and their families.
