Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here.

Over the years, I’ve walked through many of life’s transitions myself, raising kids, managing the ups and downs of a long marriage, supporting aging parents, and navigating my own questions about identity and purpose in midlife.

Those experiences didn’t just shape me, they deepened my capacity to show up for others with empathy, humility, and presence.

Based in Glen Ellyn, IL, I provide therapy both in-person and virtually across Illinois and Indiana.

What makes my work different?

What makes my work different?

I believe therapy should feel collaborative, not clinical. That’s why I meet each client with a mix of structured support and deep listening, balancing evidence-based practices with a real relationship built on trust.

In sessions, I draw from ACT, mindfulness, Gottman, and ERP for OCD. But it’s not about the acronyms, it’s about tailoring the work to you, and helping you feel seen, steady, and supported.

I also honor the role of faith for clients who want to integrate their beliefs into the therapeutic process.
